Profile & Security

Your Profile is your personal identity within Sevenledger. Need to fix a typo in your name or lock down your account with a stronger password? This is your personal control center.

Click on Profile to access your settings.

Updating Personal Information

The Profile tab lets you manage the basic details visible to your team members.

Edit Details

• Name Fields: Update your First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name so reports and activity logs reflect your correct identity.
• Email: Your email is your unique login ID (user@email.com). For security reasons, this field is locked — if you need to change it, reach out to your workspace administrator.

Save Changes

Click Update Profile to save instantly.

Changing Your Password

Regularly updating your password is the simplest and most effective security measure. Navigate to the Change Password tab to get started.

Verify Your Identity

• Old Password: Enter your current password first to prove it’s really you making the change.

Set New Credentials

• New Password: Enter your new, secure password.
• Visibility Toggle: Click the Eye Icon (Ø) next to the input field to reveal the text and check for typos.

Confirm

Click Update your password. The change takes effect immediately — you may be asked to log in again with your new credentials.
